Levels of progress

This transition shows levels of progress achieved by students from KS2 to KS4. KS2 grades appear on the left and KS4 grades across the top. The diagonal line of green boxes shows the progress that students are expected to make from KS2 to KS4. Students in green boxes are making the expected progress and students in purple are making better than expected progress. In contrast, students in red are not making expected progress. Progress can be measured using whole grades or 'fine grades', such as A+, A, A-, or A1, A2, A3, etc.
